Metta Studio is a yoga studio located at Subang Jaya, that features Hot Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga Trapeze, Aerial Yoga (or fly yoga), Sound Healing and many more.
Yoga Trapeze and Aerial yoga are so much similar, the biggest difference between this two is yoga trapeze has 3 handles on each side of the sling, whereas the aerial yoga sling does not.
